Heating Elements

Thermaltek manufactures and supplies heating elements for a wide variety of furnace applications and provides both O.E.M.’s and end users with custom designed solutions.

Metallic Elements Thermaltek has state of the art in-house manufacturing capabilities for all metallic element configurations including coils, rod overbend, bayonet, porcupine and cast ceramic panel heaters. With a large inventory of materials and sizes Thermaltek is renowned for its fast response to delivery requirements. Various grades of material are available depending on the application.	Thermaltek Power Panels are used in aluminum crucible furnaces. Our refractory power panels are high efficiency electric radiant heating modules, designed to suit a wide range of thermal processing applications at temperatures up to 1100 C (2000 F). The flexible terminal leads insure there are never any problems with breakage after prolonged use.
Rod overbend heating elements fabricated from heavy gage resistance wire, designed to insure maximum life.	Ceramic fiber high power heating module with high temperature heating wire, designed for long life in a roof heating application, operating at up to 1250 °C furnace temperature.
